Account Manager – Public Sector, Nicosia

Our client, an established ICT company, is searching for a high caliber professional to join the team.

The responsibilities:

  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with governmental authorities and organizations exploring possible needs and opportunities for business development and in generating new sales leads
  • Work with the company’s pre sales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating of tender’s documentation in order to conclude whether the company is eligible and has the proper solution to proceed with a proposal submission
  • Coordinate with the tender’s writing team the preparation and the submission of governmental proposals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the project implementation and continue with account management activities and generation of new opportunities after the completion of the projects

The individual:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or any other related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the IT business development or sales role
  • Previous experience with Public Sector will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience in IT services or IT technology related industry is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numeric skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
