Learning Objects (SCORM)
Designing and developing custom e-leaning material follows the form of learning objects (a discrete unit of e-learning that can be used on its own or in combination with other learning objects to create a learning sequence). By meeting strict standards like SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model), learning objects can be re-used in combinations useful to the learner and can be recombined in various ways depending on the needs of the learner. That is, they become a library of learning units.
The structure of each Learning Object is based on a storyboard which is developed based on the needs of the clients and the Instructional Design Process and combines theory, with video presentations, interactive exercises, simulations and animation.
